The Blueprint
Based on the audit, we put together a custom build plan. Which services you need, what integrations are required, what the AI messages will look like, and what the system will do at every stage of your funnel.
We share this with you before we build a single thing. You know exactly what you're getting and when. No surprises.

Where the Work Happens
This is where we go heads-down. We build the automations in n8n, configure the AI response logic, connect your lead sources, integrate with your CRM, and write and test every message template.
You don't do anything during this phase. We handle all of it. Lead Response Automation is typically live in 3 business days. CRM integration takes 5–7.

Ongoing
We flip the switch together. You watch the first few leads come through and see exactly how the system handles them. Then we hand you a simple dashboard so you can see response times and lead status at a glance.
After launch, we monitor the system continuously. If a lead source changes format, if your CRM updates, if something breaks — we catch it and fix it as part of your retainer. Optimization is ongoing.
